Embedded Inside

The future isn’t real. The future is abstract. The now is all we know.

Matt Haig

When it comes
It comes abruptly
And at the expense
of the now

Shards
Of
Glass
Suspended
Above
Potential
Victims:
Chandelier

Clear the air
Black candle
And fill me
With smoke

Proponents of contextualism argue that, in some important respect, the action, utterance, or expression can only be understood relative to that context.

Inside me
Without awareness
The greatest knowledge
To come

Memories
are like witnesses
Less reliable
over time

Secrets buried
Deep

Tasty morsels
Concealed

Good hunting
Little
Truffle pig

Mind Vomit

Urban Dictionary:
mind vomit

The swift ejection of abstract ideas out of one’s head onto paper via a writing implement, keyboard or Dictaphone.
Often unstructured, incoherent and out of CONTEXT, the mind vomit forms the starting point for any great literary endeavour.

    1. That was just a thought. Only thing I did was move the word chandelier from the start to the end.
For the most part I have a boring job, these mind wandering keeps me sane.
