The Cost of Spent Life

Life is what happens when you’re busy making other plans
John Lennon

Monoku: numbers don’t add up

ten thousand grains of rice, still the jar is empty

Epitaph: under the phallic tombstone

Here lies Michael Dickson
Mostly just known as Mick
But I knew his father better
So I called him a son of a dick

Couplet: choice makes the difference

In life, choice defines a way of livin’
In death, there is no quarter given

Get busy living or get busy dying

Stephen King

Shadorma: overcome costs

To enjoy
Ordinary life
Is no life
But to fight
Only able to survive
surrenders to fate

Each person's destiny is thought of as a thread spun, measured, and cut by the three Fates, Clotho, Lachesis, and Atropos.

Aquarian: inner demons

journey
within observe
pandemonium reigns
in Hell

You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough

Mae West

Tricubes: Wishing well

Wish your well
No, not wish
Pray you well

Though that’s wrong
I don’t pray
Hope you well

I’ve no hope
So it’s just
Well, well, well

soledad: the one true path

Scaling scores of sacred sources
Seeking seeds sown to separate
Centuries spent so split courses

  3. Hey there Mr. Murdoch Mouse ! So you are a John Lennon fan ! We are in the same club. You now have my attention ! (Actually, you already had it! ) John Lennon was shot and killed by Mark David Chapman.
I am Marc David Baker. If you have not seen the movie entitled “YESTERDAY” starring Himesh Patel (I think)..you need to watch it. For most people… it is uplifting. In essence, the movie is true, including the ending.
John Lennon lives not only in the hearts and souls of millions of people like us, but he also lives in our hearts and OUR WORLD ! But don’t tell anybody ! Mumm is the word !
Always your friend Mr. Mouse !

Well said. What’s taking these ignorant people so long 🀣
The global connectivity is certainly helping push that along. I do hope you are right.
Love, peace and chicken grease, right back at you.
I looked it up after our first conversation. It truly is a beautiful place!
