None of these Days

None of These Days

Sharpen
Sharper
Sharpen
Sharper
Your voice
Inside
Outside
Inside
My head
one of these days
I’ll do it
One of these days,
One of these days,
One of these days,
I’m going to cut you into little pieces
I’ll bathe in the pink
Bask in the light
Tune the harmonic screech
Beat the weathered tome
Release billows of wind
Revel in the silence
One of these days
None of these days

The future is a promise
premonitions of sights unseen
A life spent in waiting
caught in a land of in between

  1. I reject your one day. In the Schroederian calendar there is an extra month called Schroeder where all the days are special and attributed to a specific task (not many of which are work related). Of course that month came about due to the excessive procrastination rampant among the Schroeders…

  2. Very clever acrostic and I so want every day to be lengthy to incorporate another day, and maybe the next one as well. Then I might finish some of my work, or more truly start some of it.
