Emperor Norton

By order of decree
By the power vested in me
In matters I am well versed
I will be
Norton the first
Emperor of the United States

I hereby proclaim
With the honour of my good name
A secondary title
With no claim at fame
I am the vital
Protector of Mexico

I will use my station
And the army of our great nation
To exercise suitable force
Of a necessary eradication
We proceed on course
To dismantle The U.S Congress

I further decree
If the need be
The Republic turned to embers
And I forbid the assembly
Of any former members
Of the now defunct Congress

My final decree
That The Democratic Party
And The Republican Party
Cease to be, I will reign free
And make great again this country
I certainly couldn’t do any worse
